Perthshire Housing Association identified a need to provide recycling facilities for their residents and successfully worked in partnership with Perth and Kinross council to develop an education and awareness programme and provide communal facilities for paper, glass and aluminium.
This event will look at the process can recycling, from collection through to reprocessing, and the importance of effective relationships between housing associations, community groups and local authorities in implementing successful community recycling projects.
